responsible for VLease, Fleets and Export. Exports and Fleets will be a key area whilst being new market sectors, taking advantage of the weak pound and the growing health and safety issues with major fleet customers.
We have some challenging targets and must always exceed these targets. price rises will be key too. |
Julie Barnes

Julie is responsible for Telesales and will be taking additional responsibility for Dealer Groups and physical visits and negotiations. |

Georgina Nash
(Sales Support and VComms Office Manager)
Responsible for establish standards and KPIs for customer service and on line ordering and for turning the department into a proactive tele sales area.
The department in addition to processing for all the company orders is also responsible for customer surveys, DRN analysis and correct processing of orders as well as getting back to a paperless environment.
Converting customer orders to be correct will reduce errors. Through these difficult times Sales Support are contacting key dealers to improve communication and try and help reduce complaints to the lease companies. Cross training of all staff. Developing improved processes and systems to improve right first time and enable speedier and more efficient processing of all orders.
Developing Interactive web sites starting with VComms to improve information flow. |

Dave manages and develops VGroup's IT systems and processes. He provides the group with state-of-the-art IT solutions to reduce time, errors, paper and waste, whilst improving efficiency. |
Angela Young
(Credit Control and Sales Ledger)
Including raising and processing of credit notes and all reconciliations and sales ledger and customer statement reconciliations.
Angela has considerable experience in credit control and has a substantial task to provide the company with the cash flow to support its overheads. |
